What We’re Looking For

To hit the ground running this year, we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

  • Cert II (or higher) in Horticulture or Arboriculture.

  • ACDC Ticket (Agricultural Chemical Distribution Control license).

  • Chainsaw Tickets (Trim and Cross-cut).

  • MR License (Highly regarded; must be willing to attain for permanent transition).

Your Daily Impact

Make the Sunshine Coast your office! Your day-to-day will include:

  • Horticultural Care: Mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and planting.

  • Tree Care: Tree trimming, pruning, and vegetation control.

  • Community Care: Minor repairs to playgrounds and park assets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Construction Industry White/Blue Card.

  • Current Unrestricted Class C License.

  • Full Australian Working Rights & proven reliability.
